Local Team Collaboration:

Join our close-knit team of 7 physicians and 4 APPs at MultiCare Allenmore

Qualifications:

AGACNP preferred; FNPs only with at least 2 years hospitalist experience
Active NP license or eligible to become licensed in WA
Authorized to work in the United States

Scheduling:

Full-time position follows a 7-day on, 7-day off rotation
Day shift 7am-7pm

Key Responsibilities:

High level of autonomy
Rounding and admissions
Open ICU, no procedures but our team does respond to codes and rapids

Located on the saltwater banks of Puget Sound, Tacoma, WA, is the third-largest city in Washington State with a population just under 225,000. Tacoma is an urban destination known for its breathtaking views of Mt Rainer and warm community feel

Compensation:

Base salary in the range of $150K+ along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth. Excellent total rewards package
