- ABEM or AOBEM eligible/certified
 - The ability to travel across several states.

Flexible Scheduling:

 - Shift lengths vary from 8 to 12 hours, accommodating different preferences and needs.

Rewards and Benefits:
- Compensation: W2 compensation is $315 per hour for new graduates during the first year and $325 per hour for practicing physicians with one or more years of experience.
