We are hiring for a nocturnist position. Our nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Nocturnist candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

Join our close-knit team of 4 physicians at OSF Heart of Mary.

Qualifications:

Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
ACLS certification
Authorized to work in the United States.
We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound.

Scheduling:

We are currently seeking a Nocturnist physician to work night shifts.
Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions and cross-coverage calls.
Closed ICU and no procedures required.

Compensation:

Competitive annual salary from $345,800 to $409,500.
