About the Role

The Coordinator of Anesthesia Clinical & Operations Integration supports the planning, coordination, and execution of anesthesia program launches and practice integrations across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Anesthesia Clinical & Operations Integration, this role assists in the operational activation and stabilization of newly awarded anesthesia programs. Working closely with the Director of Ops Integration, the permanent Ops team, key hospital stakeholders, clinical leadership, and central services teams, the Coordinator helps ensure new programs are operationally prepared for launch, key integration activities are executed effectively, and operational processes are established to support stable early program operations. This role plays a critical part in coordinating cross-functional activities required for successful integration of anesthesia practices, supporting site readiness efforts, and maintaining integration tools, documentation, and operational playbooks that enable consistent program launches across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Program Launch Coordination:

  • Support the execution of anesthesia program launches and operational integrations under the direction of the Director of Anesthesia Clinical & Operations Integration.
  • Coordinate site readiness activities, including staffing coordination, scheduling setup, call coverage planning, and operational workflow preparation.
  • Track and manage key integration milestones to ensure readiness for Day 1 program activation, as well as maintain the Recruitment forecast tool for client-readiness.
  • Coordinate logistics for pre-launch discovery, including stakeholder interviews, operational meetings, and information gathering.
  • Develop meeting agendas, prepare integration materials, and maintain action-item tracking for integration workstreams.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of hospital partner presentations and executive update decks that provide regular progress updates on implementation activities and program readiness.

Operational Integration Support:

  • Assist the Director of Integration in implementing operational structures during the early phase of program activation.
  • Support coordination of staffing schedules, onboarding processes, and clinical coverage structures during program startup.
  • Help identify operational workflow issues, communication gaps, or administrative barriers impacting early program operations.
  • Maintain integration tracking tools and readiness dashboards to monitor launch progress and stabilization activities.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Coordinate integration activities across internal teams, including recruiting, credentialing, revenue cycle, IT, HR, compliance, and finance.
  • Facilitate communication between clinical leaders and internal operational teams to ensure alignment on launch milestones.
  • Assist with gathering and organizing operational data required for program launch and stabilization.

Hospital & Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with hospital executives, perioperative leadership, and key departmental stakeholders involved in the anesthesia integration process.
  • Help organize and support hospital engagement activities, including physician introductions, meet-and-greet sessions, and recruitment events associated with new program launches.
  • Assist in maintaining communication with hospital operational leaders and perioperative departments during integration activities.

Integration Tools & Process Support:

  • Maintain standardized integration documentation, including launch checklists, operational readiness tools, and project trackers.
  • Assist in updating anesthesia integration playbooks and operational workflows based on lessons learned from program launches.
  • Support documentation of operational structures and workflows to facilitate the transition to long-term operations leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Experience supporting healthcare operational initiatives, program launches, or cross-functional projects.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience developing presentations, tracking implementation progress, and coordinating executive-level meetings preferred.

Education and Experience

  •  Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
  •  2–5+ years of healthcare operations, physician practice management, or hospital operations experience preferred.

Pay Range: 

  • $25.00 - $35.00 hourly. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, geographical location, and size/complexity of the program being supported.
