Join our close-knit team of eight physicians and seven APPs at Montefiore Westchester Square. We operate between Mount Vernon and Westchester Square sites
We maintain strong connections through monthly team meetings

Qualifications:

Board-certified/eligible in emergency medicine.
2026 grads are encouraged to apply.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Flexible Scheduling:

Physician coverage model ensures a focused and independent approach to medical decision-making and treatment provision.

Key Responsibilities:

Our Montefiore site is NY’s first free-standing emergency department
Care for a diverse patient population where a low-volume, high-acuity model creates a dynamic and professionally rewarding environment.
There is a robust transfer system in place with Montefiore for any higher levels of care needs.
Our team uses EPIC for our EMR

Compensation:

1099 Salary range is $265 to $290 per hour, depending on shift.

Step into leadership at the practice level as an Associate Medical Director or Medical Director. In these roles, you’ll guide clinical teams, collaborate with hospital partners, and ensure operational and clinical excellence at a single site.
