We are hiring for a nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

Join our team of 22 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers at PeaceHealth St. Joseph in Bellingham, Washington.

Qualifications:

Graduate degree from an accredited physician assistant program.
Board-certified/eligible physician assistant.
Active PA license or eligible to become licensed in Washington.
Experienced clinicians are preferred, but we are open to new grads and will offer in-depth training/onboarding.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

This role is a nocturnist schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Our hospital bylaws allow PAs to practice independently to the full scope of their licensure.
Provide comprehensive medical care and post-operative care.
Admit patients and perform rounding as needed.
Work alongside an MD and another APP.

Compensation:

Base salary of $180K+.
