Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our new team of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs at a well-established hospital in Yakima, WA.
- Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other provider groups.
- Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.

Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia.
- Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Washington.
- Leadership experience preferred, but a collaborative mindset and respect for the care-team model are essential.

Rewards and Compensation:
- Annual compensation up to $630K, based on the number of shifts worked.
- Commencement incentive of up to $75K and relocation offered to those who qualify.
