Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of four physicians at Pike Community Hospital, supported by a clinical performance nurse. Our group consists of two-day and two-night physicians who care about and focus on quality and patient-centered care.
  • In this hospital and community, you have a supportive group of people who genuinely love working with each other, which shows. With this underserved community, you can make a real difference in improving health care and the systems for patient care.
  • Our hospital partners have a fantastic level of collaboration that encourages you to participate substantially in committees. It is an environment of inclusion that helps make decisions for the well-being of patients and is part of hospital policy.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physicians
  • All Life Certifications must by AHA

Scheduling:

  • We offer various flexible scheduled to accommodate a health work/life balance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a critical access hospital with a united group of providers.
  • There is no ICU and procedures are not required
  • Working closely with our system and consultants, we regularly enjoy the challenge of complex cases.
  • We convene monthly for team meetings where we have close ties and communication with hospital administration.
