Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of 1 physician and 5 dedicated CRNAs at Baylor Scott and White - Sunnyvale.
  • At the core of our team is a strong sense of cohesion and empowerment. We genuinely support one another, and this shared mission is the bedrock of our collective strength.
  • Our physician chief and chief CRNA actively contribute to various hospital committees, including those related to medical diversion, medical executive, critical care, and surgery. Although we are a contracted group, we have earned a respected and integral place within the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified/eligible in anesthesia.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

  • Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, 44 weeks a year.
  • NO CALL.
  • Each team member will take call for 7 days, running from Saturday to Friday.
  • We maintain a high retention rate because we work collaboratively within our team and ensure coverage for time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Our hospital is a thriving community hospital where we manage general, orthopedic, vascular, podiatry, and urology cases.
  • When needed, we do support the endo and cath lab.
  • We do not handle trauma, OB, cardiac, or high-acuity pediatrics.

Living and working in Sunnyvale:

  • Spend your 8 weeks off each year enjoying the boating activities on Lake Ray Hubbard. In Sunnyvale, Texas, hospitality blends seamlessly with suburban comfort. Just outside of Dallas, this peaceful community offers a relaxed pace while keeping you close to city conveniences. Whether you're exploring local parks, experiencing Dallas' nearby attractions, or engaging with neighbors at community events, Sunnyvale provides a welcoming, family-friendly environment with easy access to all the perks of a major city.

Rewards and Compensation:

  • Guaranteed base salary of $375k plus quality bonus up to $25k annually.
  • $50k Chief Stipend.
  • We offer a generous 8 weeks of scheduled time off.

    Step into leadership at the practice level as an Associate Medical Director or Medical Director. In these roles, you’ll guide clinical teams, collaborate with hospital partners, and ensure operational and clinical excellence at a single site.

  • Multi-site Leadership :

    Expand your impact by overseeing multiple practices as a System Medical Director, Regional Medical Director, or Regional Chief Medical Officer. These roles involve strategic leadership, mentoring physician leaders, and driving performance across a region.
