Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of 1 physician and 5 dedicated CRNAs at Baylor Scott and White - Sunnyvale.
  • At the core of our team is a strong sense of cohesion and empowerment. We genuinely support one another, and this shared mission is the bedrock of our collective strength.
  • Our physician chief and chief CRNA actively contribute to various hospital committees, including those related to medical diversion, medical executive, critical care, and surgery. Although we are a contracted group, we have earned a respected and integral place within the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • New grads welcome to apply.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Flexible Scheduling:

  • New call model moving forward. Each team member will take call for 7 days running from Saturday to Friday.
  • During the Mon-Fri portion, you will be scheduled for the swing shift, 10 AM - 6 PM, with later start times provided when possible.
  • M-F 8s and 10s available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Our hospital is a thriving community hospital where we manage general, orthopedic, vascular, podiatry, and urology cases.
  • When needed, we do support the endo and cath lab.
  • We do not handle trauma, OB, cardiac, or high-acuity pediatrics.

    Influence across multiple practices as a Regional CRNA Director. Drive team integration, recruitment, and culture while modeling strong clinical and operational partnerships.
