We are hiring a nocturnist with our hospitalist team. A nocturnist's role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

We take pride in our well-established team at Canyon Vista Medical Center of 8 physicians, with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.
Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
This is an academic hospital with a family medicine residency program.

Qualifications:

Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
We provide in-house licensing and credentialing support.
In-house Immigration support, and we can sponsor an HHS J1 waiver.

Scheduling:

As a Nocturnist with our Hospitalist team, you will be working nights, 7 pm-7 am.
7 days on/7 days off schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Hospitalists are part of our rapid response team.
Physicians will perform intubations, central lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and vents.
10 average admissions per night, with residents.
60 average floor calls.
EMR is Cerner.

Rewards and Compensation:

Day Shift Rate of $1,600 and Night Shift Rate of $2,100.
Nocturnist base salary of $383,250K.
Eligible for RVU and Quality bonus.
Full Benefits, including CME allowance.
Student Loan Repayment Option of 75k spread over 3 years!!
Robust Sign-on Bonus
