Local Team Collaboration:

Join our close-knit team of 20 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians with a clinical performance nurse at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission.
The 504-bed hospital is a closed ICU with intensivist support.

Qualifications:

Board-certified or Board-eligible in internal medicine or family medicine physicians.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

12-hour day shifts, 8-hour swing shifts, and 10-hour night shifts.
We’re always there to support each other when covering shifts.
Part-time Nocturnist works 5-7 shifts/month.

Key Responsibilities:

See a wide variety of diseases while still having specialists readily available in a large community-based hospital with multispecialty support.
Work in coordination with an intensivist team that handles all procedures, allowing you to focus on patient care and clinical decision-making.
Utilize Cerner with Dragon for efficient dictation and access to our internal informatics platform for streamlined workflow and communication.
