Make an Impact Where it Matters Most as a Hospital Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Fresno, California

We are hiring full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioners for our swing shift role.

Local Team Collaboration:

Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.
Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.
Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows.
Community Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Qualifications:

Board-certified/eligible nurse practitioners with acute care certification required.
Active California license preferred.
Experience in a hospital setting with inpatient care experience preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

We are looking for a nurse practitioner for an admitting/swing-shift role.
7 on/7 off schedule.
Shifts are 12 hours in length; 12 pm -12 am and 1 pm - 1 am.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete admissions for hospitalist service.
No procedures required.
Work alongside other day and swing shift advanced practice providers.
Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who enjoys addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs.
Utilize Epic EMR.

Rewards and Compensation:

Annual compensation of $165,000 - $170,000 salary + bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.
