Local Team Collaboration:
- We take pride in our well-established team at Presbyterian Santa Fe of 4 physicians and two advanced practice providers (APPs), with the support of a clinical performance nurse and a practice manager.
- Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
- Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions.
- Our physicians are from all over the country, reflecting the unique and diverse environment.
Qualifications:
- We are open to 2027 graduates.
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- ATLS and BLS.
- Must be willing to do procedures.
- We are able to sponsor J1 HSS candidates.
Scheduling:
- Full-time positions follow a 7-nights-on, 7-nights-off rotation.
- 7 on/off, 12-hour shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Hospitalists will be required to do central lines, intubations, vent management, paracentesis, and thoracentesis. We can train for arterial lines and small-bore chest tubes.
- We are part of the rapid response team and code team.
- Average census is 10-14 during the day.
- EMR is EPIC.

The capital city of Santa Fe is situated near the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and the Jemez Range. Santa Fe has a unique, rich culture that has been developed by a multicultural community. Rewards and Compensation:
- 182.5 shifts a year.
- You will work half night shifts and half day shifts annually.
- Day Shift rate is $1,829, and Night shift is $2,109.
- Eligible for both PPI and PQI bonuses.
- Full benefits, including CME allowance, are available.
- Eligible for Relocation and a Commencement bonus.
