Bring Better to the Bedside as a Physician Assistant in Radcliff, KY, at Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care Radcliff

Join a team committed to uncompromising care and collaboration. As a Physician Assistant, you’ll work alongside trusted colleagues to deliver exceptional care and help shape outcomes that matter for patients and the community.

Local Team Collaboration:

This brand-new freestanding Emergency Department, opening in September 2026, presents an exceptional opportunity to be part of a new team providing high-quality emergency care.

Qualifications:

Board-certified Physician Assistant with Emergency Medicine experience.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

24 hours of physician coverage in the ED with shifts from 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM.
12 hours of APP coverage in the on-site Urgent Care.
Full-time status is 120 hours per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care in a 7-bed ED and a 5-bed on-site Urgent Care.
EPIC is the EMR.

Single-site Leadership :
Assume leadership responsibilities at the practice level as a Lead Advanced Practice Provider, Associate Medical Director, or Medical Director. In these roles, you will oversee clinical teams, collaborate with hospital partners, and ensure both operational and clinical excellence within a single-site setting.
Multi-site Leadership :
Expand your impact by supporting multiple practices as a Regional or Divisional Lead Advanced Practice Provider. These roles emphasize the recruitment and retention of Advanced Practice Providers and facilitate team integration initiatives.
Specialty Leadership :
