Local Team Collaboration:
- This brand-new freestanding Emergency Department, opening in September 2026, offers an exceptional opportunity to join a new team providing high-quality emergency care.
- Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.
- Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified nurse practitioners.
- Prior emergency department experience and commitment to patient-first care.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
- 24 hours of physician coverage in the ED with shifts from 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM.
- 12 hours of APP coverage in the on-site Urgent Care.
- Full-time status is 120 hours per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care in a 7-bed ED and a 5-bed on-site Urgent Care.
- EPIC is the EMR.
