Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of 5 physicians and 13 CRNAs at Princeton Community Hospital.
  • Work in a collaborative, collegial environment that emphasizes mutual support and learning from one another.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • New graduates are welcome to apply. Completion of training, board certification, and an unrestricted APRN license to be granted before the start of employment.
  • Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting.

Scheduling:

  • Full-time opportunity.
  • Home call is evenly divided among the team – the average is 1:12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general, orthopedic, OB/GYN, podiatry, ENT, urology, peds, and endoscopy cases.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key.

Compensation:

  • New compensation and call rates
    • $75,000 sign on.
    • Salary ranging from $312,000 to $347,000 (W2 and 1099 options).
    • Estimated call pay of $15,600 (weekday call shift - $450, weekend call shift - $675) 2-hour guaranteed call-back rate per shift ($185).
  • Extra Work Compensation Details:
    • Extra shift daily rate $200/hr guaranteed.
    • Extra weekday call shift - $450.
    • Extra weekend call shift - $675.
    • Generous 8 weeks of paid time off annually.
    • Strong commencement bonus and leadership opportunities.
