Drive Quality and Collaboration as a PRN Nocturnist Intensivist in Plano, Texas at Texas Health Presbyterian Plano.

Join a team committed to uncompromising care and collaboration. As a PRN Nocturnist Intensivist, you'll work alongside trusted colleagues to deliver exceptional care and help shape outcomes that matter for patients and the community.

We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

  • At Texas Health Plano, our strong, collaborative team includes pulmonary/critical care physicians and acute care advanced practice providers with a diverse mix of ICU clinical practice time. Our team provides care to patients in the 28-bed closed ICU.
  • Within the hospital, we work closely with the multi-disciplinary team within the unit to collaboratively care for patients.

Qualifications:

  • Physicians must be Board Certified or Board Eligible standing in Critical Care medicine.
  • Active, non-restrictive Texas license required.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of complex cases, including critical interventions such as intubations, central lines, and trauma care.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Scheduling:

  • Shifts are 12-hour night shifts, 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
