Qualifications:

  • Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA).
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • New graduates encouraged to apply. (board certification required prior to start date)

Scheduling:

  • Preferred scheduling and work-life balance
  • 40 hours per week and 45 weeks per year
  • One weekend shift per month
  • Minimal night shifts per year
  • No call

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Safely administer anesthesia and manage patients throughout the perioperative continuum.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality, safety, and workflow initiatives aimed at improving patient care and clinician experience.
