We are hiring a part-time nocturnist position. The nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and be able to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit, well-established team of 21 physicians at Dignity St. John’s
- Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care
- Dignity St. John’s Regional Medical Center earned an “A” rating through Leapfrog Safety
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine
- Authorized to work in the United States
Scheduling:
- Nocturnist - 7 PM - 7 AM
- Part-time, average of 7 shifts per month
Key Responsibilities:
- You will do admissions and cross coverage
- Open ICU, but no procedures are required for this role

Compensation:
- Annual part-time compensation is $150k- $170k, depending on the schedule worked
