Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 16 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers (APPs) at Montefiore Nyack Hospital.
- Work alongside a diverse and highly skilled team, including a clinical performance nurse, where we hold teamwork in high regard.
- Our clinicians come from various geographic, educational, and training backgrounds, fostering an environment where we continuously learn from one another and approach patient care with fresh perspectives.
- We celebrate each other’s growth and accomplishments, always prioritizing patient safety and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
- New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
- Swing shift: Monday- Thursday, 4pm- 2 am (includes paid time off).
- Day shift: This role has a 7-on, 7-off schedule, which allows for a balanced approach to personal and outdoor pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a focused, collaborative environment within our closed ICU setting, ensuring high-quality, individualized attention for each patient.
- Work alongside fourth-year students from Einstein School of Medicine and third-year medical students from Touro University, providing mentorship and hands-on learning experiences.
- Our APPs work collaboratively with a supervising physician to provide patient care in a supportive and friendly setting.

Rewards and Compensation:
- Annual compensation between $292,000 and $319,000 plus bonuses.
