Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
- Board certification as a CRNA.
- Active license or ability to become licensed in California.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in anesthesia care.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Flexible Scheduling:
- Flexible scheduling is available.
- PRN shifts are Monday – Friday and consist of 10-hrs & 12-hrs (potential to include 14-hrs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently provide high-quality, comprehensive care to medical and surgical patients in a hospital environment, servicing a variety of surgical procedures in the Main OR.
- Manage all aspects of anesthesia delivery, including induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia care.
- Monitor patient responses and adjust anesthetic plans as clinically indicated.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Rewards and Compensation:
- Hourly PRN 1099 compensation is $175/hr.
