Local Team Collaboration:
- We are seeking day hospitalists to join our close-knit team of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers (APPs).
- Work alongside a dedicated team that thrives on collaboration. We offer a supportive environment where teamwork is a cornerstone of our approach.

Qualifications:
- Board certification or eligibility in family or internal medicine.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
Scheduling:
- We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a flexible schedule with day shifts to accommodate personal commitments.
- Our team fosters a culture of support, where we cover for each other when someone needs time off, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage various cases in a 42-bed non-profit, faith-based hospital serving multiple surrounding counties, so you’re not just another provider—you’re a key part of the region’s healthcare access.
- Opportunity to focus on complex cases in a semi-open ICU, giving you more autonomy and hands-on experience.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff and engage in key medical staff committees, including the credentialing and medical executive committees, to improve communication and patient care.
- Work within a structured program divided into 2 daytime groups, with support from a dedicated nocturnist APP for night coverage.
- Physicians interested in leadership will have the opportunity to take on a greater role within the program through committee involvement, mentorship, quality improvement initiatives, and future leadership development opportunities.

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary above $374,000 per year plus additional bonuses.
