Join our team as a Hospital Medicine Nocturnist Physician and lead the way in patient care.

We are hiring for a nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Team Collaboration:

Join our close-knit, well-established team at Covenant Medical Center.
Sound’s licensing team will assist in obtaining any necessary state licenses to work at our hospital partner locations, and we will cover the cost of these licenses.

Qualifications:

A medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution is required.
Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
We are open to 2026 new graduates.
We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house specialists, licensing, and credential support. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound.

Scheduling:

Nocturnists work a 7 on/off blocked schedule from 8 pm-8 am.
We are currently hiring for full-time positions (182.5 shifts per year).

Key Responsibilities:

Admitting an average of 9-11 patients at night.
You will have a night APP on with you covering the floor calls.
Demonstrate high adaptability in dynamic clinical environments.
Actively participating in team meetings and initiatives to enhance care quality and deliver better care at the bedside.
