 We are hiring for a nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit, well-established team at Covenant Medical Center.
  • Sound’s licensing team will assist in obtaining any necessary state licenses to work at our hospital partner locations, and we will cover the cost of these licenses. 

Qualifications:

  • A medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution is required. 
  • Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
  • We are open to 2026 new graduates.
  • We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house specialists, licensing, and credential support. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound.
  • Passionate about teamwork, integrity, and delivering high-quality patient care. 

Scheduling:

  • Nocturnists work a 7 on/off blocked schedule from 8 pm-8 am.
  • We are currently hiring for full-time positions (182.5 shifts per year).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admitting an average of 9-11 patients at night.
  • You will have a night APP on with you covering the floor calls.
  • Demonstrate high adaptability in dynamic clinical environments. 
  • Actively participating in team meetings and initiatives to enhance care quality and deliver better care at the bedside.
