- Join our closely-knit team of 5 independent CRNAs at Southwest Medical Center.
- Be part of a cohesive and empowered team driven by a shared mission to genuinely support one another, creating a foundation of strength through collaboration and care.
- Located in the heart of Liberal, Kansas, home to 19,000 residents, you’ll enjoy a safe, family-friendly community known for its spirit of hospitality and generosity.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- New graduates are welcome to apply. Completion of training, board certification, and unrestricted APRN license to be granted before the start of employment.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
- Four points of service run daily, with home calls split evenly among the team.
- Enjoy no scheduled cases on weekends and fair, equitable scheduling across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthesia care for general, orthopedic, endoscopy, healthy OB/GYN, and minimal plastics cases.
- Work in a community hospital without trauma, heads, or hearts.
- Regional block skills are preferred; a base knowledge of regional anesthesia is required.

Compensation and Additional Benefits:
- Competitive 1099 base salary of $410,000 annually.
- $40,000 commencement bonus with a two-year commitment.
- 10 weeks of scheduled time off.
