Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 4 physicians and 10 CRNAs at Laredo Medical Center.
- The facility runs seven points of service per day in addition to two OB suites.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified/eligible in anesthesia.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
- 26 weeks a year (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off).
- Mon-Fri 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Nights + weekends: backup pager call.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver anesthetic care as part of a collaborative team of physicians and CRNAs.
- Provide support for Level III trauma center cases.
- Cover a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, GI/endoscopy, ENT, robotics, orthopedics, minor vascular, neurology, urology, and minimal healthy pediatric cases.

Rewards and Compensation:
- Base yearly salary: $525,000.
- Chief stipend: $50,000.
- Strong commencement bonus offered.
