Local Team Collaboration:
- Join a close-knit collaborative team of 27 CRNAs and 10 physicians delivering top-tier anesthesia care.
- You'll be supported by a Chief CRNA and Chief MD, who foster a culture of mutual respect, professional development, and teamwork.
- CRNAs practice at the top of their license, integral in managing diverse and complex cases.
- No call, no weekends.
Scheduling:
- Collaborative On-Call Model
- The dedicated CRNA team has the ability to work 8,10, and 12-hour shifts.
- Team members work together to optimize patient care, provide seamless handoffs, and support one another during high-acuity cases.
- Flexible scheduling allows CRNAs to easily trade shifts, promoting work-life balance while maintaining exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
In this CRNA role, you’ll be an integral part of a team handling a broad range of cases, including:
- Trauma
- Blunt
- Penetrating
- General Surgery
- Neurosurgery

Compensation and Additional Benefits:
- W2: $245k yearly
- 1099: $275,319 yearly
- 8 weeks of scheduled time off
