Local Team Collaboration:

Join our close-knit team of 8 physicians at UF St. Johns Flagler Hospital.
Brand new, state-of-the-art, 150-bed hospital slated to open September 2026.

Qualifications:

ABIM or ABFM certified with prior hospitalist experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

7 on, 7 off, day rounding position with opportunity for moonlighting incentive.

Responsibilities:

Rounding on patients with admissions.
Help support the hospitalist team’s efforts in utilization management, compliance, clinical documentation improvement, and patient satisfaction at UF St. Johns Flagler Hospital.
Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.
