Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of 8 physicians at UF St. Johns Flagler Hospital.
  • Brand new, state-of-the-art, 150-bed hospital slated to open September 2026.

Qualifications:

  • ABIM or ABFM certified with prior hospitalist experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

  • 7 on, 7 off, day rounding position with opportunity for moonlighting incentive.

Responsibilities:

  • Rounding on patients with admissions.
  • Help support the hospitalist team’s efforts in utilization management, compliance, clinical documentation improvement, and patient satisfaction at UF St. Johns Flagler Hospital.
  • Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.
