Make an Impact Where it Matters Most as a Hospitalist in Fresno, California

We are hiring for a nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.
Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.
Our team members actively participate in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.

Qualifications:

Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.

Flexible Scheduling:

Nocturnist hours are 7 pm - 7 am. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
This is a full or part-time nocturnist position.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Focus on cross-covering and admissions, alongside several other nocturnists and a night Advanced Practice Provider.
Procedures are not required.
Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests.
Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
Utilize Epic EMR system.

Rewards and Compensation:

Annual compensation up to $385,000 - $420,000, based on the number of shifts worked. Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.
Commencement bonus and relocation allowance.
