Make an Impact Where it Matters Most as a Hospitalist in Clovis, California

Deliver patient-centered care that makes a difference. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a skilled team, contribute to clinical excellence, and enjoy opportunities for professional growth – all while serving the Clovis community.

We are hiring full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioners for a day rounding role.

Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center.
  • Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.

Qualifications:

  • Board certified/eligible nurse practitioners.
  • Active California license preferred.
  • Experience in a hospital setting with inpatient care experience preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

  • We are looking for a nurse practitioner interested in rounding in a day shift role.
  • 7 on/7 off schedule.
  • Shifts are 12 hours in length; 7 am – 7 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Work alongside other day and swing shift advanced practice providers.
  • Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who relishes the challenge of addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs.
  • Utilize Epic EMR system.

  • Approximately 2.5 hours to California’s Central Coast.
  • Approximately 3 hours to the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Approximately 3.5 hours to Los Angeles.
  • Less than 1 hour to the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
  • Minutes from Fresno Yosemite International Airport.

Rewards and Compensation:

  • Annual compensation of $160,000 - $165,000 salary + bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.

    Expand your impact by supporting multiple practices as a Regional or Divisional Lead Advanced Practice Provider. These roles emphasize the recruitment and retention of Advanced Practice Providers and facilitate team integration initiatives.

    Advance to senior leadership as Chief Advanced Practice Officer, where you will collaborate with service line leaders to influence organizational programs and lead initiatives that develop team-based care models on a national scale.
