Local Team Collaboration:

  • We take pride in our well-established team at Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas of 45 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs), with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.
  • Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
  • Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine.
  • Family medicine will require 2 plus years of hospitalist experience.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

  • Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
  • There are 2 swing shifts available; hours will vary for each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closed ICU, you will not be performing procedures, rapids or running codes.
  • The census for each swing shift is 10 admissions.

Living and Working in Dallas:

  • Located in a fantastic location just North of Downtown Dallas. You have a variety of communities to choose from in both North and South Dallas. Great Schools, strong housing market, and a diverse job market. There is an array of family activities so you can have something to do each day of the year!
  • Enjoy an average of 245 days of sunshine and have access to over 25 city parks, 5 huge lakes, more than 20 golf courses, and dozens of restaurants and shops. Also known for its arts scene, Dallas offers concert venues, off-Broadway shows, museums, and galleries.

Rewards and Compensation:

  • Swing shift rate is $1,500, and you will work an average of 182.5 shifts a year.
  • Eligible for both Productivity and Quality bonuses.
  • Full Benefits to include CME allowance.
  • Relocation is available.
