Local Team Collaboration:

  • We believe in local, site-led leadership.
  • Strong collaboration between all 5 physicians and 16 CRNAs on the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide peri and post-operative care for Signature Healthcare, Brockston Hospital, which covers general, ortho (including spine), ENT, endo, vascular, podiatry, minimal thoracic, plastics, and OB/GYN services.
  • Works in collaboration with CRNAs, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other physicians and medical professionals to ensure appropriate anesthesia services are delivered.
  • Participates in quality assurance efforts, ensuring patient care requirements are met.
  • Effectively assesses and prioritizes various projects. Demonstrates a willingness to work as a team. Complies with Employer’s “Code of Conduct” and Core Values at all times - quality, service, integrity, innovation and teamwork.
  • Is committed to interacting effectively and professionally with others.
  • Applies principles for changing/effecting others’ experiences, beliefs, and actions, promoting Sound’s interest and goals.
  • Promotes the profession of Nurse Anesthesia and Sound in a positive manner.

Scheduling:

  • 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available.
  • Avg of 40-hour work week.
  • No call, no weekends, no nights.
  • 8 weeks guaranteed off annually.

Qualifications:

  • NBCRNA.
  • Active MA license.
  • Current or previous leadership experience.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Living and Working in Brockton and South Shore:

  • Affordable access to Greater Boston with generally lower housing costs than Boston.
  • 25–35 minutes to downtown Boston; 30–40 minutes to Logan Airport; easy access to Providence, Cape Cod, and major highways.
  • Strong educational options in Brockton and nearby communities such as Easton, Sharon, Canton, Bridgewater, and West Bridgewater.
  • During your time off, enjoy outdoor recreation including hiking, biking, golf, boating, fishing, and beaches.
  • Take weekend trips to Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, Newport, and the White Mountains.

Rewards and Compensation:

  • W2 compensation: $370,000.
  • 1099 compensation: $404,000.
  • Includes annual chief stipend of $50,000 for admin duties.
  • $75,000 commencement bonus.
  • 8 weeks of scheduled time off.
  • Medical malpractice insurance, including tail coverage.
