Local Team Collaboration:
- We believe in local, site-led leadership.
- Strong collaboration between all 5 physicians and 16 CRNAs on the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide perioperative and postoperative care for Signature Healthcare, Brockston Hospital, which covers general, ortho (including spine), ENT, endo, vascular, podiatry, minimal thoracic, plastics, and OB/GYN services.
- Works in collaboration with CRNAs, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other physicians and medical professionals to ensure appropriate anesthesia services are delivered.
Scheduling:
- 1:5 physician rotation with a guaranteed post-call day off.
- 10 weeks guaranteed off annually.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a US Residency.
- Board certification in Anesthesia.
- Active MA license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

- Affordable access to Greater Boston with generally lower housing costs than Boston.
- 25–35 minutes to downtown Boston; 30–40 minutes to Logan Airport; easy access to Providence, Cape Cod, and major highways.
- Strong educational options in Brockton and nearby communities such as Easton, Sharon, Canton, Bridgewater, and West Bridgewater.
- During your time off, enjoy outdoor recreation including hiking, biking, golf, boating, fishing, and beaches.

Rewards and Compensation:
- Robust compensation package with guaranteed base salary and opportunity to maximize income.
- W2 compensation: $650,000.
- 1099 compensation: $690,000.
- $100,000 commencement bonus.
- 10 weeks of scheduled time off.
- Medical malpractice insurance, including tail coverage.
