We are hiring CRNAs in OB. The OB CRNA role requires working exclusively on 24-hour OB shifts. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment alongside a physician in a care team model.

Qualifications:
- NBCRNA Board certified/eligible.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Flexible Scheduling:
- Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 2 x 24-hour shift per week for 37 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on caring for complex cases in a busy OB environment.
- Administer regional anesthesia (epidural, spinal) for labor and delivery, as well as general anesthesia when necessary.
- Provide pain management throughout the labor process and assist with post-delivery recovery.
- Collaborate with obstetricians and other medical staff to ensure smooth and safe delivery experiences.
- Document anesthesia administration and patient responses in accordance with hospital standards.

- Compensation: Annual compensation between $280k – $315k.
