We are hiring for both Hospitalist and Nocturnist positions. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
- Chief residents are encouraged to apply and participate in Sound’s Compass Program, a leadership track offering a monthly stipend during your final year of residency.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
- Compensation ranges from $1,625 (day) to $1,850 (night) per shift, with $400 moonlighting incentives for extra shifts above the threshold.
- Collaborative scheduling ensures coverage for time off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as part of an established team at a tertiary care hospital, receiving transfers from surrounding counties and across state lines.
- Day and swing admitter shifts available, along with dedicated nocturnist support.
- Work in a hospital with a closed ICU managed by intensivists; procedures are not required, but maintaining privileges is welcomed.
- Collaborate with a resident-led MET/RRT team—hospitalists do not respond to codes.
- Utilize Epic EMR and access internal informatics platforms for streamlined care.
