- Join our established, close-knit team of seven physicians, five APPs and the support of a clinical performance nurse.
- Our team consists of providers with a wealth of knowledge in internal medicine practice. Many of our providers have attended local programs during residency and greatly understand the needs of the community of El Paso.
- We enjoy engaging with our hospital partners in various committees such as trauma, cardiology, sepsis, code blue, patient experience, and hospital throughput, to name a few, to provide quality outcomes for our patients together. Our hospital partners are integral to our team, and we enjoy collaborating regularly.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.

Flexible Scheduling:
- We offer an array of flexible scheduling options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome the challenge of complex cases, working in a semi-open ICU with intensivist coverage during the day and E-ICU coverage at night.
- Our team is not expected to do procedures, but we play a key role in the code blue team.
- The team convenes monthly for team meetings to discuss important topics and provide educational opportunities that aid in growing the quality of care we provide.
