Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- We value work-life balance, with the option for a flexible schedule and a commitment to covering for one another when a team member is on leave. Our standard rotation is seven days on and seven days off, spanning Monday through Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care through a daily rounding model involving three providers, with an average patient census of 12-15 per provider. On-call periods include admissions ranging from zero to a maximum of four to five patients.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, general surgery, urology, GI, endocrinology, orthopedics, and wound care specialists. Collaborate with a dedicated nocturnist for 7p-7a coverage and work alongside advanced practice providers (APPs) from Bethel University to contribute to teaching and expanding educational services.
- Engage in challenging cases within an open ICU setting, where our diverse services—such as interventional cardiology, pulmonology, and nephrology—support comprehensive patient care.
