Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of four physicians and two advanced practice providers (APPs) at Cascade Valley Hospital.

Qualifications:

  • Certification & training in Adult Acute Care preferred; FNPs with a minimum of one year experience will be considered.
  • We cannot consider physician assistants for this role.
  • New grads are welcome to apply.
Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

  • Enjoy a consistent 7-on/7-off schedule with day shifts only, promoting a balanced work-life routine.
  • Team members support one another by providing coverage for shifts when needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The role of the nurse practitioner within our team is as a day-rounder.
  • Our nurse practitioners do not work in the ICU but see varying cases outside of the ICU
  • We work in a small acute care hospital with minimal onsite support. However, there is access to the larger Skagit Regional Health team of specialists
