Internal Medicine Hospitalist – $50K Sign On Bonus

Northwest Texas Health Center, as a designated tertiary care academic institution, the hospital provides patients with advanced technological innovations for the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of clinical conditions. Northwest is nationally known for heart, emergency, stroke, and children’s care.

  • State-of-the-art -480 Beds
  • Blocked Schedule – 7 days on, 7 days off provide flexibility to balance personal life and career
  • 182.5 shifts annually
  • Open ICU, daily census is 18 on average
  • Procedures are required (mainly vent and intubations) – we do have consultants that can do them if available
  • Rapid response by residents
  • Daytime rounder will do admissions during the shift (1-3 per shift)
  • No Codes, the Residents respond to codes
  • EMR System: CERNER
