We are hiring a daytime Hospitalist and a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Qualifications:
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine.
- We can consider Family Medicine with 2 plus years of hospitalist experience.
- Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Texas.

Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- Nocturnist position; hours are 7 pm – 7 AM, 7 on/off.
- Daytime Hospitalist position, 7 am-7 pm, 7 on/off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care and post operative care.
- Support the code team and provide basic life support, advanced cardiovascular life support, pediatric advanced life support, and advanced trauma life support where needed.
- Procedures are preferred but not required; training is available. This is not a deal breaker.

Rewards and Benefits:
- Compensation: Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $318,500 to $365,000 per year (based on 182.5 shifts/year), with per-shift rates of $1,750 for day shifts and $2,000 for night shifts.
