Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 7 physicians and 4 APPs at MultiCare Allenmore.

Qualifications:

• Experience preferred but open to new grads with previous inpatient clinical rotations.
• Active PA license or eligible to become licensed in WA.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• Full-time position follows a 7-day on, 7-day off rotation.
• Day shift 7am-7pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• High level of autonomy.
• Rounding and admissions.
• Open ICU, no procedures but our team does respond to codes and rapids.

Living and Working in Tacoma:

• Located on the saltwater banks of Puget Sound, Tacoma, WA, is the third-largest city in Washington State with a population just under 225,000. Tacoma is an urban destination known for its breathtaking views of Mt Rainer and warm community feel.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the range of $150K+ along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth. Excellent total rewards package.
