Local Team Collaboration:
- Become part of a cohesive and long-standing team of 21 physicians, 2 APPs, and a CPN at Tri-City Medical Center.
- Our team is comprised of highly experienced clinicians and a few newer doctors. Many of the part-time clinicians also own private practice clinics.
- We are non-geographic, and clinicians work independently. Some work on a dyad with an APP.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- Looking for providers to help on all shifts, primarily Swing
- This swing position primarily involves a 12-hour swing shift admitter role, 1 pm-1 am, offering consistent and predictable work hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- The average daily census is approximately 150 patients, managed collaboratively with physicians.
- You will handle a patient volume of roughly 15 per day, capped at 19, with no more than six admissions per day.

- The hospital is a full-service, acute-care public hospital with 365 licensed medical beds and a 28-bed ICU.
- Our hospitalist practice is very collaborative; some clinicians have worked here for 20+ years. The team is deeply embedded in the hospital; some are physician advisors, and the chief of staff. They are very proud of their community.

- Compensation: Well-rounded compensation package with a yearly range of $300-360K, depending on the number of shifts worked
