  • Work alongside our team of clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds dedicated to improving health and wellness in Washington
  • Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care.

Qualifications:

  • A medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution is required.
  • Board certification in internal or family medicine and a minimum of 2 years of hospitalist leadership experience are mandatory.
  • An active medical license in Washington or eligibility for licensure is required.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

  • Enjoy a schedule that includes 4 monthly clinical shifts, with dedicated administrative time to focus on leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive medical care care to a 450-bed facility with a closed ICU and full subspecialty backup
  • Work with family medicine residents as primary teaching faculty for their inpatient rotations
  • Provide clinical oversight and foster a family-like environment within a blended, collaborative team.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR systems and Sound’s internal informatics platform.
