Qualifications:
- A medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution is required.
- Board certification in internal or family medicine and a minimum of 2 years of hospitalist leadership experience are mandatory.
- An active medical license in Washington or eligibility for licensure is required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- Enjoy a schedule that includes 4 monthly clinical shifts, with dedicated administrative time to focus on leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate comprehensive medical care care to a 450-bed facility with a closed ICU and full subspecialty backup
- Work with family medicine residents as primary teaching faculty for their inpatient rotations
- Provide clinical oversight and foster a family-like environment within a blended, collaborative team.
- Utilize EPIC EMR systems and Sound’s internal informatics platform.
