Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of eight physicians and seven APPs at Montefiore Westchester Square. We operate between Mount Vernon and Westchester Square sites
- We maintain strong connections through monthly team meetings
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in emergency medicine.
- 2026 grads are encouraged to apply.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Flexible Scheduling:
- Physician coverage model ensures a focused and independent approach to medical decision-making and treatment provision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Our Montefiore site is NY’s first free-standing emergency department
- Care for a diverse patient population where a low-volume, high-acuity model creates a dynamic and professionally rewarding environment.
- There is a robust transfer system in place with Montefiore for any higher levels of care needs.
- Our team uses EPIC for our EMR

Compensation:
- 1099 Salary range is $265 to $290 per hour, depending on shift.
