To our prospective teammates,

I am the Director of Critical Care Advanced Practice Providers for Sound Critical Care in the Richmond Market. I am proud to lead our team of critical care advanced practice providers (APPs) at Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital, Bon Secours Memorial Regional Hospital, and Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital. I’ve been a part of Sound Critical Care for more than 3 years and I’m proud of the critical care team we have built in Richmond.

I’d like to share more about who we are and what we do — specifically about our people, practice, and purpose — as you consider your options:

  • Our retention rate is high, our APP team is well respected, and we work collaboratively within our team to ensure coverage for time off.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k, paid medical malpractice with tail coverage, and annual CME allowance.
