I am the Associate Chief Anesthetist Officer for Sound’s new anesthesia program at Princeton Community Hospital in Princeton, West Virginia. With 17 years of experience, I’m pleased to be part of the Sound Anesthesia family. We’ve created a practice we’re proud of and are eager to welcome CRNAs launching their careers or seeking a change. Practice
- Princeton Community Hospital is a thriving community hospital, where we manage general, ortho, OB/GYN, podiatry, ENT, urology, and endo cases.
- Our daily work culture reflects a sense of camaraderie, much like collaborating with friends in a professional and collegiate environment.
- Full-time position. Home call divided evenly among the team.
- Compensation is guaranteed at an annual rate between $292,000 (W2) to $321,733 (1099) plus an $8K quality bonus.
- The Chief stipend offered is $20,000 annually. This position will have administrative duties on top of clinical responsibilities.
- Strong commencement bonus offered.
- We offer eight weeks of scheduled time off.
- Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability coverage, a 401k plan with matching contributions, paid medical malpractice insurance, tail coverage, and an annual CME allowance.

Princeton Community Hospital is a fully accredited 203-bed acute care medical center serving a 10-county region. The facility is opening 18 new private patient rooms in 2025 to expand care to the market.
