I am the regional CRNA leader for Northwest Medical Center Willow Creek Women’s Hospital located in Johnson, AR. We have been a part of Sound  for 2 years. I am proud of the anesthesia practice we’ve built and welcome interest from CRNAs coming out of training or looking to make a career change. Practice
  • Northwest Medical Center Willow Creek Women’s Hospital is a community hospital with general, OB (2000), endo, plastics, and ortho cases.
  • CRNAs do all placement of epidurals and spinals with the option to do general cases.
  • Physicians assume backup call to the CRNA from home.
  • Our daily work culture mirrors the camaraderie of collaborating with friends within a professional and collegiate environment.
  • 24-hour shift scheduling/7 shifts per month.
  • Compensation is 260k, 1099, for an average of 7, 24hr, in-house shifts a month. The current schedule allows for 15 days off in a row per month.
  • Benefits include paid medical malpractice and tail coverage.

Northwest Medical Center Willow Creek Woman’s Hospital, located in Johnson AR, is a 64-bed full-service facility that is dedicated to women’s health. Willow Creek Women’s Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission and in 2021 received the Governor’s Award for Performance Excellence. The hospital specializes in the following services: OB/GYN, Level III neonatal ICU, 24/7 maternal-fetal medicine for high-risk pregnancies, OB/GYN emergency department, breast imaging center, gynecologic oncology, and cosmetic surgery.

Johnson lies between Springdale and Fayetteville in Northwest Arkansas. With the hospital’s easy access to the interstate, it allows our providers to live anywhere in Northwest Arkansas they choose.  Just outside the city are miles of undisturbed forested mountains. Local lakes, rivers, and mountains provide ample outdoor activities like golfing, hiking, biking, hunting, and fishing.  In addition, the urban scene in and around the area boasts great restaurants, museums, and music venues. There is truly something for everyone in Northwest Arkansas.
