Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a CRNA in Missouri.
  • Minimum of six years of experience as a practicing CRNA, with at least three years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong clinical skills with demonstrated expertise in various anesthesia techniques, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in anesthesia care.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and administrative oversight for the CRNA team.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, patient-centered anesthesia care.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
  • Develop and implement protocols to maintain best practices in anesthesia care.
  • Mentor, train, and evaluate CRNAs, ensuring continuous professional development and adherence to evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor department performance, including patient outcomes, quality measures, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in recruitment, retention, and performance evaluations of CRNA staff.
  • Lead initiatives in patient safety, quality improvement, and staff engagement.
  • Manage department scheduling, ensuring optimal staff coverage for surgical and non-surgical anesthesia services.
  • Stay current on advancements in anesthesia practices and lead continuing education efforts for the team.

Rewards and Benefits:

  • Compensation: $250,000 – $255,000
