LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION – Sound Anesthesia has an incredible new opportunity in the North San Diego suburb of Oceanside, CA!
Highlights include:
- 6 ORs and 1 OB suite per day
- 7 MD and 4 CRNA model; CRNAs cover OB, MDs cover everything else
- Scope includes: General, OB/GYN, ENT, Ortho, healthy peds, Regional, Ortho, minor Vascular; no high-risk OB or trauma
- Seeking 1 MD for Cardiac volume (approx. 120 per year)
- Robust 1099 compensation package with guaranteed base salary + quality bonus – NO RVU-based system
- MDs doing their own cases
- If Cardiac capable, no fellowship required; TEE Certification preferred
- Access to our proprietary learning platform, SoundInstitute™, for continuing education, and professional development with convenient online and in-person educational courses, including CME
Requirements:
- Board certified or board eligible by the ABA and hold an active CA license
- Regional ultrasound-guided block skills
- Must be a team player and work collaboratively with a group; can-do attitude

Our care-team model leverages both anesthesiologists and CRNAs to facilitate throughput in the OR and provide closer contact between anesthesia clinicians and patients.
