Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a CRNA in Missouri.
- Minimum of six years of experience as a practicing CRNA, with at least three years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong clinical skills with demonstrated expertise in various anesthesia techniques, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in anesthesia care.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and administrative oversight for the CRNA team.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement protocols to maintain best practices in anesthesia care.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate CRNAs, ensuring continuous professional development and adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Monitor department performance, including patient outcomes, quality measures, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in recruitment, retention, and performance evaluations of CRNA staff.
- Lead initiatives in patient safety, quality improvement, and staff engagement.
- Manage department scheduling, ensuring optimal staff coverage for surgical and non-surgical anesthesia services.
- Stay current on advancements in anesthesia practices and lead continuing education efforts for the team.
